What to Expect From Your First Coaching Session

Your first coaching session can feel intimidating. Here is exactly what to expect — so you can walk in knowing you are in the right place.

Booking your first coaching session takes courage. If you are reading this, you are probably wondering what it will be like, what you need to say, and whether it is really for you. Here is the honest answer.

There Is No Script

You do not need to prepare a speech or have your life figured out before your first session. Just show up as you are. That is enough.

What Happens in the First Session

Your first session is a conversation — nothing more. We want to understand where you are, what is going on, and what you want to change. There is no pressure, no judgement, and no commitment required.

We will ask you questions like:

  • What brought you here?
  • What does your daily life look like?
  • What have you tried before?
  • What would change look like for you?

You Will Be Heard

This might be the first time someone really listens without an agenda. We are not here to sell you something or tell you what to do. We are here to understand and to help you take the next step.

The Hardest Part Is Booking

The first session is never as scary as you think. The hardest part is clicking the button. Once you are in the room, it feels natural.

What Happens After

After your first session, you decide what is next. If coaching feels right, we build a plan together. If it is not the right fit, that is okay too. No pressure.

If you are ready, book with Peter for action-focused coaching, or book with Sophia for emotionally supportive coaching.
